Job Description
1-Organize and streamline the Operations Unit G drive and SharePoint by cleaning up files and restructuring folders for improved accessibility and document management, including the conversion and revising documentation.
2-Support content development and posting on ConnecTRS (the intranet website), including updating and maintaining Operations Unit webpages.
3-Assist in preparing meeting notes for recurring meetings, including documenting action items, tracking follow-up tasks, and summarizing next steps related to member-facing issues.
Ability to manage multi tasks
Comfort in creating trackers, documentation, content
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Comfort working with shared drives, dashboards, or collaboration platforms
Comfortable supporting meetings, taking notes, and coordinating follow-ups
Practical knowledge of Ai tools

Minimum Qualifications
As of June of the Program year the prospective intern must be a student matriculated in a college or be a recent college graduate (winter/spring term of the Program year).
NOTE: Appointment to this title is only valid for the duration of the Program, June - August each year.
